Casa Koko perfectly accommodates up to 22 guests, which means you can plan your luxury vacation with your entire family, without anyone needing to sacrifice their personal space.
This private villa was designed by their Mexican owners with their own family in mind, that is the reason why all guests staying with us rapidly fall in love with Casa Koko, feeling like it is their home away from home.
The floorplan layout serves the purpose of giving each family member their own space. With 6 bedrooms in the front of the house, including the two Master Bedrooms, which are conveniently secluded for maximum privacy, all adults can be close to the main social areas.
Teenagers, on the other hand, have their own “casita” across the backyard, next to the gym, with separate bedrooms for boys and girls, their own terrace living room and an extensive garden for playing fun games.
Parents with babies have enough space in their bedrooms to accommodate cribs, and there are a couple of bedrooms with sofa beds the size of a single bed, for those who want to keep their young children with them.
Our main dining table hosts 18 guests, large enough to cater to most families, however, if the group is larger than that, we would set up our nearby BBQ table which is perfect for teenagers, cousins, siblings, and friends who want to enjoy their own conversation topics during meals.

Within and just beyond the walls of our chic, fully-staffed villa, you can partake in yoga, golf, surfing, tennis, and unwind in the spa.
