A lifetime learner and practice of various wellness forms, Sofia is thrilled to share her enthusiasm for healthy living and vibrant movement with our guests. Dedicated to leading a non-judgmental practice, which can be adapted to any skill level, Sofia strives to support her warmly welcomed students into an atmosphere of absolute serenity.

Be it on the beach or directly in front of your chicly-appointed villa, Sofia will meet you where you prefer – in every sense of the term. Whether you want to engage in a solo practice or show up with your fellow vacationers, Sofia will adjust her approach based on your experience with yoga and meditation to ensure you get the most out of your time together.
